This website is published by Global Corporate Advisory and Management Services DWC-LLC (“GCAMS”) at https://gcamsadvisory.com. It describes services that fall within the firm’s licensed activities. It is not an offer of legal, audit, tax-agency, valuation, investment or court-appointed insolvency services.

No client relationship

Reading this site, sending an enquiry, or speaking by telephone does not create a professional appointment. An assignment begins only when GCAMS and the client agree scope, fees and exclusions in writing.

Accuracy and restraint

Information is provided in good faith and may change. GCAMS does not guarantee outcomes, recoveries, investor participation, court results or regulatory approvals. Do not rely on this site as the sole basis for a financial or legal decision.

GCAMS provides corporate, economic, management, accounting-process and feasibility advisory services within the scope of its licence. Investor outreach is undertaken only under an appropriate written mandate and does not constitute investment advice, securities promotion, brokerage, an assurance of investor participation or authority to bind the seller, lender, resolution professional or liquidator. Legal advice, statutory audit, regulated tax agency services, valuation opinions, investment advice, court appointments and formal insolvency appointments are provided only where GCAMS or the relevant professional is duly authorised, registered or separately engaged.

Ramaswamy Chidambaram is a registered Insolvency Practitioner with the DIFC Registrar of Companies under the DIFC Insolvency Law No. 1 of 2019. That registration does not mean GCAMS or Ramaswamy Chidambaram holds a current court appointment on any matter mentioned on this site. “Official Liquidator” is not used as a general title.

Intellectual property

The GCAMS name, wordmark and site contents belong to GCAMS unless another owner is named. You may not copy the site for commercial use without written permission.

Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates as they apply in Dubai, including the rules applicable to a DWC-LLC. Courts in Dubai have jurisdiction, without limiting any mandatory rights that apply to you.
